Welcome to Now That’s Clean. By booking services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Now That’s Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Detroit, Michigan and surrounding suburbs. Services may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty add-ons as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Booking confirmations will be provided via phone, email, or text message. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods as communicated at booking. Late payments may result in additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property at the scheduled time may result in a service charge.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to enter the property, a lockout fee may apply.

For safety and efficiency, pets should be secured during service unless otherwise discussed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any concerns.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

7. Limitations of Liability

Now That’s Clean is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by faulty or improper installation of fixtures

  • Items not securely fastened or improperly mounted

Clients must notify us of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items prior to service.

8. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the property presents unsafe or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, infestations, or structural risks.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, logos, and branding, is the property of Now That’s Clean and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
